About
My name is Mari Garcia, native of Caracas, Venezuela, and bilingual from a very early age. From the time that my children began their lives in the United States, I have felt the need to build a community to share the many challenges of multiculturalism, and the implementation of such in our daily lives.
This blog is for those of you that wonder how it is that children end up speaking two languages fluently or simply for those of you that struggle with keeping that other culture alive, which has been left behind. I also invite those that are interested in language learning as a way to enhance life and opportunities around the globe.
I welcome you to share your ideas and experiencies to learn and support bilingualism as a way of life.
Thanks for visiting!
